Blanklanding — Deleting data only
This page explains how to delete only your data while keeping your account. To delete your account as well, see Account and data deletion.
Deleting in the app
In the Blanklanding app, you can choose exactly what to delete.
| What you want to delete | Where in the app | Result |

| A chat with a specific character | Chats tab → press and hold the chat → Leave chat | That chat history is deleted. What the character remembered stays |
| A single memory item | Settings → Manage memories → delete the item | Only that memory is deleted |
| All memories | Settings → Manage memories → delete all | All saved memories are deleted |
| Stop saving new memories | Settings → turn off Get memory suggestions | Memories are no longer extracted from later chats (existing memories are kept) |
If you cannot access the app
You can send a request to the address below.

[Data deletion] Blanklanding - Body — The email address linked to your account and the scope of data you want deleted (chats / memories / all). Please also state that you want to keep your account
After verifying your identity, we will process the request within 7 business days and reply with the result.
What is not deleted
- Your account and cookies — Your account, login information, and cookies balance are kept as they are
- Characters you created — They are kept unless you delete them separately
- Payment records — Kept for 5 years under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce of the Republic of Korea
- Other users' chats — Chats that other users had with characters you created are those users' data and are not deleted
